NIS2 – security without compromise
NIS2 is not just a checkbox. It is an opportunity to stop treating security intuitively and start managing it systematically. The new Czech Cybersecurity Act provides companies with a framework for approaching cybersecurity in a structured way.
We work with CISOs and leadership teams who need a clear overview of their risks, who must meet regulatory requirements, and who need confidence that their infrastructure can withstand real threats.
Our work begins where you actually stand – grounded in practical experience, not merely in legal provisions. We map your assets, identify gaps, help you establish processes, deploy security measures, and ensure their continuous operation, including the evaluation of incidents. We make sure your security measures work continuously – not just on the day of the audit.
We do not run projects with an end date. We build security that evolves alongside your organization and the threats you face.
How we work together
Security is not a sprint. It’s a continuous process that starts with understanding your organization and doesn’t end with deploying technology. Every organization is different – some need to go through the entire journey from scratch, others have solid foundations and need help with a specific step. We work with you on the full process or on individual phases, depending on where you actually stand and what you need right now.
1. Identification and mapping
We get to know your organization, its structure, processes and context. Without this foundation, security cannot be built properly – and without it, meaningful planning is impossible.
2. Asset and risk analysis
We map your critical assets and identify real threats. The result is not a list of problems, but a clear prioritization as a basis for concrete decisions at the leadership level.
3. Gap analysis
We compare your current state against NIS2 requirements and relevant standards. You know exactly what is missing, what is in order and what needs to be addressed first.
4. Documentation and planning
We establish a central register of assets and risks and create an implementation roadmap. The plan will reflect your capacity, budget and regulatory deadlines.
5. Deployment and risk reduction
We implement security measures – both technical and procedural. Every step is measurable and directly linked to identified risks.
6. Monitoring and incident management
We continuously monitor your environment and are ready to respond when something happens. You don’t have to figure out who handles what – you have a partner who is in it with you.
Security is not a project with an end date. Every incident, every audit and every change in your environment is an opportunity to stay one step ahead. That’s why we stay with you after deployment – evaluating, adapting and moving your security forward.
